Dru L. Anderson
Senior Vice President and Principal
Over the past 19 years, Dru has represented more than 30 public companies in a wide range of industries, including health care, information technology, retail, food service, biotechnology, financial services, business services and telecommunications. Dru’s experience includes working closely with clients to develop and implement comprehensive investor relations programs including quarterly earnings management; financial news release drafting and dissemination; conference call management; investor presentation development; web site management; annual report design, drafting and production; proxy consultation, distribution and annual meeting management; and investor day event planning.
Prior to joining Corporate Communications in 1996, she was vice president and manager of municipal research for J.C. Bradford & Co., Nashville, Tennessee, a regional brokerage firm later acquired by UBS, where her responsibilities involved analyzing debt financings for public and private issuers as well as working with institutional and retail brokers.
She graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA degree in economics and received an MBA degree from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt.
Dru is an active volunteer in the Nashville community and currently serves on the Alumni Board of the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt, the Steering Committee for The Boulevard Bolt, an annual charity race to benefit the homeless in Nashville, and the Outreach Committee for St. George’s Episcopal Church. She participates in additional volunteer activities for Room in the Inn, St. Luke’s Community House and The Episcopal School of Nashville.
