Whether your event is celebrating a milestone, introducing a new product or touring a new facility, Corporate Communications can make the experience insightful and enjoyable. As event coordinators, we meet with clients to learn about the purpose and expectations for the event, develop a plan and establish a budget that will produce a successful event. Our duties include:

  • Conducting research
  • Creating an event design
  • Finding a site
  • Arranging for food, decor and entertainment
  • Planning transportation to and from the event
  • Sending invitations to attendees
  • Arranging any necessary accommodations for attendees
  • Coordinating the activities of event personnel
  • Supervising at the site
  • Conducting evaluations of the event presentations
